Interesting
History: Well you don't have to be beautiful to be a star. It may be a 31 story counicl tower but the Trellick Tower is something of a west London star. Built in the Brutalist style by architect Erno Goldfinger in 1972 the tower has something of a checked history. In the 70's & 80's it suffer from crime and disorder assocaited with high rise towers, the walk ways that connect the flats and its famous lift & stair tower would often sway in the slightest of winds not fun if your on the 30th floor carrying in the shopping. In the 1990's its fortune changed being given Grade II listed status constroversally in 1998. It has also become something of a media star appearing in music vidoes by Blur and Depeche mode. The 1988 film For Queen & Country with Denizil Washington was filmed there and the Culture Show ran a feature on the building the height of trendyness!.

Postives
: An Iconic building with great views of London. Fashionable location, Good Sqaure footish for this part of London

Negatives:
It's still a 31 story 1970's council block, whilst some are buyer owned there still a council estate feel about the place, the flat is on the 24th and 25th floors so if the lift breaks your screwed. The decor is a bit 70's ish, plus there is only one lift entrance for every three floors via those famous high walk ways. Not everyones cup of tea. At the arse end of North Kensington

Likely Buyer
: Young London media couple
