Having search trulia and Zillow we think this is one of the nicest houses for sale in LA today much nicer than the spanish house Diane Keaton currently has on the market in Beverly hills. Of course what makes this house interesting is the Fact that from1996-2000 it was home to ms Madonna Lousie Ciccone, who moved in after the birth of Loudres. Madge then sold it to sciencetologist and star of one of the worst sitcom's in history Jenifer Elfman, remember Dharma and greg? Nope neither do I, for around $4million, later the house ended up in the hands of todays seller Rachel Sweet who has put it on the market for 9.99m (mmm.......seems a bit step considering the 4 m price tag 9 years ago) does she not know there is a recession going on! As much as we love this house there are some cons, NO POOL!
